Every year, SCA Industrial Division based at Hinckley UK, conducts a Customer Satisfaction Survey  ~ this process is now in its 15th year.  For 2011, we are publishing the results in full, unedited, so our customers can see the views of all our clients & for prospective customers to view this “Feedback” as they would when making a major purchasing decision as a consumer.
