Fibre inserts

We work mainly with two different fibre inserts: moulded pulp and PaperFoam.

Moulded pulp is made of 100% recycled newspaper and corrugated board, moulded into packaging that can protect the product inside

Paperfoam is made from potato starch with a cellulose fibre additive. It is manufactured in a one-step injection moulding process. It can be used in a variety of colours and designs, and can also be embossed.

Both moulded pulp and PaperFoam are fully recyclable.

With our packaging inserts in fibre, we combine the corrugated outer box with an insert of moulded pulp or PaperFoam® to hold and protect the product inside.
