Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) demonstrates high energy absorption and excellent cushioning over a broad loading range.  It has a high service temperature.

It is a multi-trip, cost effective method of cushioning very fragile products and has a superb energy management profile that makes the material lend itself to impact protection systems.  It can also be effective as reusable packaging in closed-loop logistics and is fully recyclable and environmentally friendly.
